SOFTWARE USED: * Revit Architecture (Intermediate). * AutoCAD 2013 (Advanced) * AutoCAD Architecture 2013 (Intermediate). * 3D Studio MAX (Beginning) * 3D Sketch up Modeling (Advanced). : * Take through the process of design phase, planning, & city engineering approvals. * Personnel on-site and office progress supervision. * Material purchasing, estimates and purchase order setup. * Apply residential construction office standards and building code requirements. * Draft As-built plans, design concepts/alternatives for clients and later architect's approval. * Draft constructions floor plans, elevations, sections, details, specifications and finish schedules. * Draft CAD and REVIT blocks for reference to be pulled from 2d/3d libraries. * Generate office standards to improve personnel performance. * Draft signage plans, way-finding, programming, design and design development. * Measure living areas, lots/parcels, residential interiors and exteriors. * Coordinate with clients, architects, engineer, general contractors, inspectors, city engineers and other designers. * Package plot setup - Electronic file conversions and printing setups. * Comments and revisions with city engineers for re-submittal. * Costume Home Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape design efforts. OBJECTIVES: Generate architectural drawings quickly and efficiently as a drafter/designer consultant for the design and permit approval from my home/office.
